2. Los verbos más importantes relacionados con la ropa

- Try on - probar (en una tienda por ejemplo)

3. Cómo usar los verbos "Put on", "Take off" y "Try on"
"Put on", "Take off" y "Try on" son verbos compuestos (en inglés: "Phrasal Verbs") o sea, cada verbo se forma con dos palabras. Este tipo de verbo no existe en el castellano.
Si usamos UN SUSTANTIVO, podemos construir la frase de dos maneras diferentes:
- James puts on the shirt. (James se pone la camisa)
- James puts the shirt on. (James se pone la camisa)
- David takes off the t-shirt. (David se quita la camiseta)
- David takes the t-shirt off. (David se quita la camiseta)
Si usamos UN PRONOMBRE, solo podemos construir la frase de una manera:
- James puts it on. (James se la pone.)
- David takes it off. (David se la quita.)
4. Cuidado cómo dices "lleva una camisa/falda etc."
En inglés usamos el PRESENTE CONTINÚO:- Sara lleva una camiseta azul.
- Sara is wearing a blue t-shirt.
- John lleva una chaqueta verde.
- John is wearing a green jacket.

Ejemplos:
